Hlavn\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm v laborato\u0159i je zobrazovac\u00ed st\u011bna s 20 monitory o celkov\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed 9600 x 4320 pixel\u016f. P\u0159es men\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 aktualizace vybaven\u00ed byl hardware \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch server\u016f ji\u017e zastaral\u00fd a nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. Bylo proto rozhodnuto o celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b server\u016f s c\u00edlem laborato\u0159 op\u011bt kompletn\u011b zprovoznit pro \u0161koln\u00ed rok 2021-2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem obnovy bylo krom\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu tak\u00e9 u\u0161et\u0159it prostor, sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu elektrick\u00e9 energie a realizovat obnovu ekonomicky efektivn\u011b. P\u016fvodn\u00edch p\u011bt server\u016f bylo nahrazeno jedn\u00edm v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm serverem, kter\u00fd zobrazuje obsah na v\u0161ech 20 monitorech sou\u010dasn\u011b. B\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed obvykle umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159ipojit k jednomu po\u010d\u00edta\u010di nejv\u00fd\u0161e \u0161estn\u00e1ct monitor\u016f, typicky pou\u017eit\u00edm \u010dty\u0159 grafick\u00fdch karet se \u010dty\u0159mi v\u00fdstupy. Pou\u017eili jsme proto grafick\u00e9 karty s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161en\u00edm s hardwarov\u00fdm \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00edm 4K obrazu na 4x FullHD za pou\u017eit\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Matrox QuadHead2Go Q185. V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 konfigurace serveru je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2x procesor AMD EPYC\u2122 7F72, celkem 48 jader \/ 96 s hyperthreading<\/li><li>16x 16GB DDR4-3200, celkem 256GB RAM<\/li><li>2x grafick\u00e1 karta NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 16GB<\/li><li>4x rychl\u00e9 SSD \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b PCIe Gen4, celkem 6TB<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Grafick\u00e9 karty NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 jsou propojen\u00e9 m\u016fstkem NVLink, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165uje synchronizaci v\u0161ech v\u00fdstup\u016f bez pot\u0159eby n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 synchroniza\u010dn\u00ed karty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S nov\u00fdm serverem odpad\u00e1 probl\u00e9m se synchronizac\u00ed obrazu na jednotliv\u00fdch monitorech. Obraz je generov\u00e1n na jednom m\u00edst\u011b a hardwarov\u011b synchronizov\u00e1n. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nov\u00e9ho serveru umo\u017e\u0148uje pracovat s n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdmi 3D modely a pou\u017e\u00edvat klasick\u00e9 enginy pro tvorbu virtu\u00e1ln\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b funk\u010dn\u00ed akcelerace a ovlada\u010d\u016f je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt jak pod opera\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem Windows, tak i Linux, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v distrubuci Xubuntu 20.04.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysok\u00fd v\u00fdkon nov\u00e9ho serveru ji\u017e poslou\u017eil jako z\u00e1zem\u00ed pro experimenty ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Institutem pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje hl. m. Prahy (IPR) v r\u00e1mci projektu Metacity. V\u00edcej\u00e1drov\u00fd procesor a dostate\u010dn\u00e1 opera\u010dn\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165 umo\u017enily zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch model\u016f Prahy naskenovan\u00fdch pomoci laseru (lidar cloud points). Grafick\u00e9 karty umo\u017enily n\u00e1slednou vizualizaci v 3D enginu Unreal. Dostate\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon i ve vysok\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed je rovn\u011b\u017e u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i synchronn\u00edm zobrazen\u00ed detailn\u00edch 3D model\u016f vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch pomoc\u00ed fotogrametrie. T\u00e9to mo\u017enosti vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me p\u0159i spolupr\u00e1ci se sb\u00edrkotvorn\u00fdmi institucemi. Zobrazovac\u00ed st\u011bna umo\u017e\u0148uje porovn\u00e1n\u00ed variant vizualizace 3D model\u016f v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase a nalezen\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro prezentace na v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch. V laborato\u0159i SAGElab prob\u00edh\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v\u00fdvoj a ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed technologi\u00ed pro s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 p\u0159enosy obrazu s velmi vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje zobrazovat obsah a\u017e v rozli\u0161en\u00ed 10K (9600 x 4320 pixel\u016f) se sn\u00edmkovou frekvenc\u00ed 60 fps. \u0160irok\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed je i pro studenty v graficky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011btech (vizualizace model\u016f).
